Does this fit flush to ceiling or need to be inserted into a the ceiling?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for for contacting us, this ceiling light needs to be flush to be inserted to the ceiling where the wires connect to the lamp, the outer frame will be only standing out around 2cm away from the ceiling.

Yes, this is not a problem as long as the light is a GU10 base type and no higher then 5 watts.
